WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION

Declan + Crew is open Monday-Friday from 9am- 2pm, however orders on our site can be placed 24/7. Please allow 24-48 hours for email inquiries. Emails received after 2 pm EST on Friday thru Sunday will be responded to on Monday, our next business day. Not only am I a small shop owner, but I am also a wife and mama to three babes handling all of life's daily adventures.

RETURNS+EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We currently do not offer returns, but can offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking. No exceptions.

To exchange an item, please fill out the quick form here. Once we receive your item in original and unused condition, we will offer a shop credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for. Any discounts or promotions used cannot transfer over to the new purchase. Customer is responsible for shipment costs to return the item. Please note, exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days after receiving to be processed. Items listed as final sale are not eligible for exchanges/returns.**Exchange address is located in the form.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Address for all pick-up orders is 8510 Warner Road, Suite 150, Plain City, Ohio, 43064. All orders must be picked up within 48 hours of confirmation between Monday-Friday 10am-2pm. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. Processing time is 1-3 weeks for all orders.

ORDER ISSUE

Receive an incorrect or faulty item? We are so sorry about that! Please inspect all items prior to wash/wear and please let us know ASAP of any defects or issues. Once worn or washed, we cannot issue a replacement if needed. Please email us at support@declanandcrew.com with your order number, item detail issue, and a photo within 7 days of shipment delivery via USPS so we can get it taken care of as soon as possible!

TURN-AROUND TIME

Please allow 1-3 weeks processing + shipping (3-5 business days) for in-stock items to arrive at your doorstep. Hundreds of orders are received each month, so orders are processed in the order they are received.

SHIPPING

Once shipped, Declan + Crew is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If you would like to add insurance to protect against these instances, please ensure our Route Shipping Insurance is activated in your cart here. If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local USPS office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not presented at the time of checkout. No exceptions. Typically, shipping labels are printed in batches, so your label may show a delay in shipment details. Receiving a shipment notification does not mean your order has been shipped, but that the label has been created. Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with USPS.

ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE

We offer Route Shipping Protection on all orders at time of checkout and highly encourage this to be included. For orders insured with Route, please contact them directly to file a claim on your lost, stolen, or damaged package here.

Note: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order. Shipping costs, taxes, and the Route premium are not included.

When replacing an item, Route covers the subtotal of the order, the Route premium, shipping costs, and taxes. Route does not pay custom/duty fees.

When choosing to opt out of Route Shipping Protection at checkout you are agreeing to withhold protection on your package. Declan + Crew will not be held liable for any errors on behalf of USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping ranges from $10-20 depending on the destination + weight of the package. Please allow for longer shipping time for your order to arrive at your home. We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as this is out of our control.

SHIPPING CHANGES

make sure your shipping address is accurate before completing the checkout process. If for some reason your shipping information is inaccurate, all changes must be emailed to support@declanandcrew.com within 30 minutes of purchase with the email subject "Shipping Address Change (Order Name + Number)".

PRE ORDERS

Preorders may take up to 4 weeks to process + shipping (3-5 business days). Please understand that this window may be 1-2 weeks longer if there is an issue with garment backorders. All items placed with a preorder item will ship in one order when the preorder comes into stock. We suggest separate orders if you'd like in-stock items to ship quicker.

ORDER CHANGES

Please make sure to verify all items being purchased before checkout. Once your order is placed, all sales are final and no changes/combining orders/cancellations can be made. To be fair to all customers, no exceptions.

DISCOUNTS, STORE CREDITS+GIFT CARDS

Any discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases and are not applicable to price adjustments. Only one discount may be used per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with discounts. Gift cards must be applied at time of purchase and we will not apply it towards an order once placed. No exceptions.

TERMS+LIABILITY

Declan + Crew will not be liable for any accidental occurrences. Items are not meant to be worn as sleepwear and accessories/hoodies should be removed before sleep. Littles should never be left unattended in any of our products. Always inspect items before use, such as teething necklaces or wooden teethers. Discontinue use with any signs of wear or tear.

INQUIRIES

Declan + Crew is very active on Instagram, however we often miss questions or inquiries due to the high volume of traffic we receive each day. Please make sure to email us at support@declanandcrew.com with any collaboration, wholesale, or order questions. PLEASE include your order number if inquiring about an order placed. We will get back with you as soon as possible, typically 24-48 hours after receipt. Keep in mind that emails over the weekend may be responded to on our next business day, Monday.

PRIVACY POLICY

What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you register on the site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.
